What We Collect
When you request an estimate, we receive what you type into the form:
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- The address where the work is needed
- Your description of the job and the kind of work you chose
- Whether the job is urgent, the day and arrival window you asked for if you chose one, and how you prefer to be contacted
- Any photos you add. Your browser makes each one smaller before it’s sent, and leaves out the location and camera details a phone stores in a photo.
We don’t ask for payment details on this website, and it doesn’t create an account for you.
How We Use It
We use your request to reply to you about the estimate, schedule the visit and do the work. It is saved in the scheduling system Hirsh Electric uses to run its jobs, and a notice of it may be sent to us. We don’t sell your information or pass it to advertisers (or anyone else).
Who Else Handles It
The companies that host this website and store our schedule, and any service that sends us notice of a request, process the information on our behalf so that the site and the request form work.
Visits to the Site
We count page views to see which pages are useful. This measurement doesn’t use advertising cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you. To keep automated spam out of the request form, the site also runs a check in your browser that tells real visitors from bots. The open times shown on the site reveal only whether a window is free, never anyone else’s appointment.
